Baker repaired a lot of damage on the exterior of our home and installed glass doors, French and sliding. The work was excellent, the price was reasonable and the crew - want to call out Jacob and Tavo specifically - were just fantastic. Highly recommend!

The personnel representing Baker were exceptional. Will Gurney made our assessment very clear. Joey Pritchard was knowledgeable and friendly as project manager. And the technician who managed the work - Boni, was highly capable and efficient, and his crew was very thoughtful with set up and clean up. As always, I was very impressed and pleased with the work done.

The **Sandoval Team from Baker Roofing** recently restored and rebuilt the Spanish tile roof—with beautiful copper accents—on my 100-year-old home, and the entire experience was exceptional. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. The copper accents they installed are absolutely stunning and elevate the historic character of the home in a timeless, elegant way. Spanish tile and copper work require rare expertise, and this team truly delivered. They didn’t just repair a roof—they preserved and improved a piece of my home’s history. The Project Manager, Matt Schiele, was incredibly patient with me and my many requests. He sourced the perfect tile to match the original structure and even helped find a balcony railing that looks beautiful while also keeping my puppy safe. Matt and the Sandoval Team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. The care they showed for my home was extraordinary. They removed and preserved each tile exactly as I requested, showing deep respect for the age and fragility of the materials. Baker Home Exteriors is a first class company that helped with repairs and replacements for our front porch roof along with the picture window above it. The level of professionalism and follow up along with their dedication and truthfulness with regard to what they do is almost unmatched in this space. There are many companies in the greenville, SC area that claim to be roofing and window companies, however I either was left hanging with no follow-up or was told “we won’t touch that”. Ian Edwards was my consultant. Once we agreed to move forward with him via the online scope of work agreement, he orchestrated everything with the team that would execute. Brian came out to measure everything for the window. It sounds simple, but the original design of the porch roof and window above it was poor. The new window would have to be 4 inches shorter. Sounds easy, but it obviously wasn’t since “we won’t touch that “ was a common theme from other service providers in the upstate. William and his crew drove down on the agreed upon day and knocked things out in 2 days. Amazing work ethic. William had crazy long days. The widow is amazing the new porch roof will last much longer than the original one. My wife and I are VERY pleased.

Baker Roofing Company of Baker Home Exteriors provided excellent sales consulting, management, materials, and skilled installation for the roof covering replacement I needed. The work was completed according to schedule, and the site was treated with the utmost respect, and cleaned thoroughly. The decisions made by the crew when they discovered challenges resulted in quality results, and they addressed my few remaining concerns quickly and effectively. I will call them back if any issues arise because I know that they are capable of resolving individual problems in consideration of the entire structure.

Matt Schiele of Baker Roofing was the supervisor of the installation of our new tile roof. The job required a crew of eight, for a little over two weeks. It might not have been a big job for them but was a huge deal to us: demolition of a clay tile roof, repairs to wood damage, and application of 9 tons of clay tiles, lead flashing and copper gutters. We were pleased with the outcome, and particularly pleased by Matt’s support and communication throughout the installation. He identified and corrected a few problems- before they became problems. He was careful to make sure that his crew restored the site to pre-construction appearance. Baker’s prices are not inexpensive, but we found value in the work. Highest recommendation. Exceptional job on window, siding and gutter replacement. Our home is about 30 years old and it was due for some repairs. The back needed new siding and several windows replaced. I also was ready to update gutters which were wider with filters to avoid leaf collection. I was impressed with the thorough planning. Everything literally was measured twice and arrived proper size. They offered a number of price options. I really appreciated how they anticipated replacement of the facia boards given the age of the gutters. No surprises once work started. Job site was kept clean with daily end of day sweeps. FYI my neighbor had used them and was also very pleased.

I want to thank Rodney and Rodney's crew for the immaculate work they did, the excellent quality evident in the attached photos, for the care they took and the consideration shown to my family and our home. I can't express how grateful we are. I want to thank Jacob for being my on site point of contact, helping to communicate and address any concerns and enduring the installation proceeded smoothly and doing several walkthroughs with me. Thank you to Roman for communicating with me ahead of the job and to Jennifer for coordinating the project, and to Rob for working with me on the quote, answering my questions, giving me all the options I was looking for, and helping me navigate financing for this project. Baker recently replaced my roof and did an exceptional job, so I reached out to have them replace windows. Their quote was competitive and I trusted the quality of their previous work. They installed 22 windows in 2 days. The house is thirty years old and the windows were original, many with at least some degree of wood rot, so it was an involved project. The amount of work they did was incredible. It was not easy work, and they handled every component with precision. They went above and beyond, patching sills and moulding, even painting the interior trim, and making the end result look beautiful. They were working constantly, cutting, wrapping, getting everything level, cleaning and ensuring everything was spotless. I love the look, functionality and quality of the windows. They are Marvin Essentials Fiberglass, so I don't have to worry about wood rot or constant maintenance, but am also able to paint them in the future if I ever feel like it. Baker kept their word every step of the way, they absolutely lived up their reputation. They took care of me. I would recommend them to anybody.
